About Sarah Cell Sulawesi
It is a private company that initially started the MITRA AD (Autorized Distributor) Barru and Soppeng business in 2007.
As the company develops, we have succeeded in expanding MITRA AD's business to Maros, Pangkep, Barru and Soppeng, and will end in September 2018 as a limited liability company.
In 2022 PT. Sarah Cell Sulawesi moved to a cluster in Makassar City.
In 2024, PT Sarah Cell will again be trusted by Telkomsel to hold the Makassar cluster until 2026.

Vision
Become a Telkomsel Partner who is able to make a positive contribution to Telkomsel in terms of product distribution to all work operational areas (WOK) as well as increasing penetration and sales
Mission
Create Distribution Channels, both Traditional Channels and Modern Channels.
Maintain product availability in distribution channels which of course refers to Coverage, Distribution, Merchandising, Promotion (CDMP).
Maintaining Existing Customers by continuing to provide the best service ranging from product information to implementing programs aimed at customers.
Conduct ongoing training for HR to improve Selling Skills in terms of distribution of Telkomsel products, especially digital products
